I spent most of Saturday at school making sure that I was ready. I was not alone. Five other teachers were there getting ready. You would think that after 23 years of teaching that it would not take so long to get everything the way I want it to be. I keep thinking that it is a good thing that I like my job.
I am getting excited for tomorrow to start. I hope the kids are ready for school too. I think I am going to have to really push them to get them up to where they need to be with their reading.
