Michael Phelps tied Mark Spitz's record for the most gold medals at a single Olympics on the 16th. He got his seventh gold in Beijing by winning the 100-meter butterfly by the slimmest of margins--0.01 seconds! Can you believe it? I thought his mother was going to faint when she realized Michael had won instead of Serbia's Milorad Cavic.
