Cub Scouts

I am grateful for cub scouts!

They remind me of my children when they were growing up. They remind me that there is joy in simple things. Such as a boy learning how to raise and lower a flag, running a race and laughing because I can't keep up with them, memorizing the cub scout promise, the law of the pack and knowing what Do Your Best means. I like working with cub scouts because it reminds me that it doesn't matter what we do but the fact that we do something together matters a great deal.

I am grateful for cub scouts! :)
